PUBLIC CASTING CALL or PRIVATE CASTING CALL
LET US EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCES
A public casting call will be available for all profiles that meet the criteria to sign up. You will get a lot of people very quickly.
A private casting call allows you to select the people that fit the profiles you need and you can contact them later.
Private casting call
You are the one who selects the talent, and they will either accept or decline the job offer:
1.- You can filter your searching with more than 60 different criteria, you can also can combine it with a keyword.
2.- Select the ones you liked the most. It will be saved in the SELECTED folder.
3.- Send it to a CASTING FOLDER,
4.- And now, you only have to send them the CASTING CALL
*ADVICE: Do the casting call with enough talents selected, its possible that some of them could reject the offer, or not answer to the casting call. You can always give them a call or use our chat.

PUBLIC CASTING CALLS
Your casting call will be public to the talents who match your search, and they will be able to sign up freely, that way you can decide over all the candidates.

By clicking on the pencil on the "casting information" section, you can modify this information. Remember to click on "send updated info" to notify your candidates about the changes.

Casting call sent
The profiles you have selected had received a notification and an email with the casting call information which they should ACCEPT or DECLINE.
As they start replying, you will be able to see their answer in the casting call folder.
